Orders can be placed via our website. This is the fastest way to place an order. If you require special assistance, please pop us an email or WhatsApp.
Our WhatsApp order line is also available for placing orders. However messages on the WhatsApp line are only attended to twice a week and the response time to order is much longer than the website. The website remains the quickest way to place an order.
Non-personalised orders: Between 3-7 working days to process.
Personalised orders: Between 7-14 working days to process.
This excludes courier time. Please allow 1-3 working days for courier services to deliver your order.
Exchanges or refunds may be done within 14 days of receiving the item provided the following:
- The products is unused and it’s original packaging. The product will be inspected before exchange or refund is approved. We reserve the right to reject should we feel the conditions are not met.
- The product is not personalised.
- The products is not a sale item
- The customer is liable for all transport and courier costs involved in the exchange
Refund/ Exchange Policy
No. Unfortunately we do not do any custom made products unless they bulk order which consists of more then 30 pieces
Leather care
Different types of leather require different cleaners/cleaning methods. Wipe away dust from your leather cover using a non-abrasive dry cloth such as a microfibre cloth. Wipe in circular motions
Wipe away any stains or dirt with a slightly damp cloth or a leather cleaner and leave to dry. Always do a test on an inconspicuous area first.
Avoid using any soap or other type of chemical as these can remove the natural oils from the leather.
You may also use a special cream/ leather conditioner to nourish the leather and keep it hydrated. This will also protect the leather.
Disclaimer
Our products are crafted using bovine full-grain genuine leather. Creases and grain are a natural part of leather and it forms part of the charm and character of genuine leather. With our foil-embossed products, the grain may show through into the foil embossing. Foil embossing may gently fade over time.
If you do not desire this look please consider our “Plain Embossed” option.
